Description
Here’s a rare Hermann Göring Reichsbahn demitasse coffee cup. This cup is from Göring’s personal railway dining car # 10243 that is made of nickel silver (Alpaka). The cup measures approximately 2 3/4″ (6.9 cm) in diameter and 2 3/8″ (6.0 cm) tall. It is hallmarked with the classic Bruckmann marking in addition to being stamped 243 (Göring’s dinning car) and Alpaka. The cup has a very fine dusting of corrosion on the lower interior, the lip is slightly oblong and bottom has a few impressions. It has a nice caramel patina. These don’t come by too often.
