The order form, dated July 29, 1938, is for 750 pieces of cutlery and highlights the rarity of the flatware and silverware items. Included on the form are serving utensils, cigar boxes, cigarette boxes, and lighters, but notably, there are no napkin rings listed. In fact, I have yet to find any evidence of napkin rings in period photographs or order/inventory documents. Alongside this, I have provided a photocopy of the original order form along with my English translation of the items.
