Description
Here is a genuine large sized German Railway Eagle (Deutsche Reichsbahn Adler). This particular example was made by Rhein-Metall Borsig from Dusseldorf/Berlin and measures 27″wide by 14″ tall. The majority of railroad eagles found today are 24″ in width. This is in excellent condition and retains the machined mounting studs. It has the material composition markings GAL – Mg – (Hy). It will be very hard to upgrade this example and will be an impressive focal point of any display.
